1.EB1A guidance and strategies based on personal experience.

2.Sale of an informational guide on EB1A self-assessment, evidence compilation, and preparation.

By purchasing any services through our website, you agree to these Terms. Any additional professional services provided outside of the website will be detailed in a separate agreement, which will be agreed upon and signed by both parties.

5. Fees and Payments

Fees for our Services will be specified on the purchase pages and in any agreements associated with the purchase of each. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. Payment terms, including due dates and acceptable methods of payment, will also be detailed in the agreement.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund policies are specified on the separate purchase pages or agreements. For informational products such as the EB1A guide, refunds are not available. For one-on-one consulting services, please refer to the specific agreement for rescheduling and cancellation terms.

VisionEB1 acknowledges that clients may share sensitive and confidential information during coaching and advisory sessions. We commit to maintaining the confidentiality of all such information and will not disclose it to any third party without the client’s written consent, except as required by law.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms or related to the Services will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Maryland.
